01、勿忘保暖
肺的生理特性是喜溫而惡寒,中醫古籍中素有“形寒飲冷則傷肺”的記載。
肺臟受寒會使肺的自衛功能下降,外邪(病毒、細菌)便乘虛而入。
防外寒:外出時要著柔軟、蓬鬆、內含靜止空氣多、保暖性強的冬裝,戴口罩、圍巾,室內溫度宜保持在16°C~24°C。
補肺氣:常喝「姜棗湯」,即用生薑1片、紅棗12枚,加白砂糖少許煎湯,以棗熟為度,食棗喝湯,每日1次。
