| The Ministry of Agriculture has not abandoned the farmers following the recent dry season that scorched the country and threatened millions in crops and livestock.The Ministry has announced the start of an outreach programme for El Nino Recovery. The target groups are farmers of cash crops and those in the hinterland communities.
