Brown (back) and Burton (concussion) have been ruled out for Sunday's game against Indianapolis. And with receiver Justin Blackmon suspended for violating the league's substance-abuse policy, the Jaguars were down to two healthy receivers: Cecil Shorts III and rookie Ace Sanders. |
